What is going on in Unawatuna right
now ?
Unawatuna had stormed into season 2008 with loads of Cricket fans
from the UK who had filled the beach and all rooms.
Now Unawatuna is still busy, but rooms have again become available
since the UK Cricket fans have left Sri Lanka.
Very positive about Unawatuna is that Wireless Internet
has found it`s way into at least 2 hotels with the SurfCity guesthouse
and the very fine Nor Lanka Hotel who both provide a free Wifi service
for their guests.

Unawatuna warning:
Irish, Scottish and German tourists had raised massive complaints
about the Comoran restaurant
which has downgraded itself from it`s former top position with an
agressive staff, an arrogant British manager and a horrible food
quality.
