saw much joy about the victory against the LTTE under the leadership of the Hon. President Mahinda Rajapakse whose entire family had helped to end a long and brutal struggle.

Right after peace had been established, a wave of elections had brought many celebrity politicians into Unawatuna including this charming actress Anarkali Akarsha who is now also working to support President Rajapakse and his Freedom Party as member of parliament.
